We currently deliver exclusively within South Africa. In the future, we plan to expand our delivery services across Africa and eventually to the rest of the world.

2. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping.

Orders below R1500 will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location in South Africa.

4. Courier Service

We use a trusted courier service for all deliveries, providing tracking and requiring a drop-off signature for secure delivery.

Deliveries are made door-to-door anywhere in South Africa.

As an additional option, customers may choose to collect their order from one of our courier’s pick-up points across South Africa, where available. You can select this option at checkout.

5. Packaging and Quality Assurance

All items are quality checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.

Packages are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
